Many years in the making ... conceived by some of the world's foremost astronomers and scientists, created and executed by a team of Hollywood's top animators, artists, editors and writers, the new planetarium show at Griffith Observatory is finally
Coming May 20, 2022!
Signs of Life is an immersive 360-degree dome presentation that takes you on a wild ride to the far reaches of the cosmos. It's essentially an astronomical detective story, propelling visitors to uncover what it took to put life in the universe. Earth is the launchpad to Mars, the moons of Jupiter and Saturn, and worlds way beyond our Milky Way Galaxy, in a search for answers to the mysteries that captivate our imagination.

Griffith Observatory is one of the only major facilities in the world that still produces exclusively live planetarium shows. It's an audience experience unlike any other: an extraordinary visual adventure using state-of-the-art audio and visual technology, merged with a live storyteller's emotionally spontaneous, on-the-spot narration.
I was thrilled to be chosen to narrate the feature film version of Signs of Life, which won the prestigious Janus Award for Best Feature Film at the International Fulldome Festival in Jena, Germany.
And I'm honored to be among the group of intrepid, inventive and gifted planetarium narrators who have helped bring this new show to life, most of whom are professional actors.
When you see the show, one of us will be your narrator!
You'll have plenty of chances to enjoy this exciting new production throughout the coming weeks and months. My first three performances are this FRIDAY, MAY 20th, at 1:45, 2:45 and 4:15. Visit Griffith Observatory's website to see the full schedule and find out more about the Observatory's many marvelous attractions.
* Experiencing this presentation may blow your mind.
